Our Lamb at Llechwedd Meats is of the finest quality and is sourced responsibly by our Purchasing Team. The carcasses are selected by our Quality Control Team, then aged for the best maturity and butchered to the highest standards by our trained Butchers.
All of our Pork at Llechwedd Meats is of the finest quality and is sourced from reputable suppliers. The Pig carcasses are selected by our Quality Control Team, aged for the best maturity then butchered to the highest standards by our trained Butchers.
Our Chicken and Turkey at Llechwedd Meats is responsibly sourced by or Purchasing Team. Our Chicken has absolutely NO added water so you can rest assured you are buying the best from us.
We Cure and Slice our own Bacon at Llechwedd Meats. Our Dry Cure range is especially tasty! Our Bacon and Gammon Joints have won Gold Awards at the North & South Wales Counties Awards.
All the Sausages we sell are produced by us. We only use selected cuts of Pork. They are then seasoned and formed into Sausages in our Sausage Department using natural casings.
